Simple Rule

If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 3 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact us before you return it.

If the item is defective in 15 months, We will send you a replacement without extra charger, or offer refund after we receive the defective item.

If the item is defective after 1 months, you can still send it back to us. We will send you a new one after receiving the defective item. But you have to pay the extra shipping fee.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offenses for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible .
We are registered under the data protection act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the client and their respective client records may be passed to third parties. However, client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party. if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all client records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue client's with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products .

Below is our return policy. If you want to return item / items to us, please read and follow the instructions listed. You should also call our Customer Support Hot-line and one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you. It is crucial to understand our return policy and make certain the criteria are met before physically sending item / items back to us. We reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
Please note: Costume styles (colors and fabrics) are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We do our best to catch these issues before they arise however, the Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. How to Return a Product
We offer thousands of products, most of which can be returned within 30 days from your Order Date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Read the Return Policy to see if your return is eligible.

Return Terms
The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.
·    Returns must be post marked within 60 days of the original order date.
·    Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.
·    Item(s) must be accompanied by our Return Form (To Download Click Here).
·    Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid.

Return Policy
All returned items will subject to a 10% processing fee and shipping fee before a partial refund is made for your returned items.
Items not returned in original condition are subject to no refund, no store credit, no exchange and / or a 30% restocking fee.
·    Panties ( Please note, due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to issue refunds on opened panties or items that cover the crotch.
·    Stocking, body stocking, Eye Lashes, Pasties, body appliqués, and pantyhose
·    Wigs
·    Items that have been worn
·    Items that have been laundered.
·    Items with tags removed.
·    Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume.
·    Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.
·    Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
·    Items that are soiled or stained.
·    Items not returned in original packaging.
·    Sale or Clearance Items – This means you cannot return a clearance item due to dislike, quality, sizing, or color. It is a final Sale.

The above items that are not eligible for returns and will be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense

Items will NOT be eligible for a refund if:
·    Item was refused upon delivery.
·    An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
·    Items are not received on time because of condition beyond our control.

Returns made to any other address other than the address above will be invalid and disregarded. The return package must be sent as recorded delivery with a tracking number which should be provided to us as soon as you have sent the return package along with the shipping company's name.
Termination of agreements and refunds policy
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already under-way. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, under-way. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.

Conditions must be met before Lingeriesdesign.com can refund the amount for an item. We also offer partial refunds if conditions for a full refund is not met. Also note that some of our items are non-refundable. You should also call or email our Customer Services and one of our customer representatives will be glad to clarify for you.
We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by Lingeriesdesign.com. And the damaged items not caused by Lingeriesdesign.com cannot warrant a full refund. If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.

Usually Lingeriesdesign.com can and will offer complete and partial refunds on most of the items. However, some items on Lingeriesdesign.com might have special conditions and might be non-refundable. When the package finally returns to our office, we will examine the item and offer a complete refund if the above required conditions is met. If there are missing parts or accessories, we can offer a partial refund depending on the item condition. All packages that warrant a complete and partial refund are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. All Storeofbaby.com items have 7 days (from customer receiving the package to the customer contacting us) before being non-eligible for complete and partial refund. Storeofbaby.com reserve the right to issue a 15% restocking fee based on the condition and specification of the item.
Several conditions must be met before Storeofbaby.com will exchange an item. If you want to exchange the items, please print and fill out the Return Form and send back with the items. We will ship the replaced package back to you after receiving your returned package. Charges of the exchange will be subjected on you including processing fee ($2.00, Two USD) and shipping fee (to and fro).

Order Cancellation
Canceling orders will be subjected to a 10% fee of total order amount as processing fee(at least $ 2).
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
